A2P 10DLC SMS Policy

How we manage and protect your data regarding text message communications.

    Messaging Overview

The Alliance Party utilizes Application-to-Person (A2P) 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) messaging to communicate with our members, volunteers, and supporters. These communications may include campaign updates, event notifications, volunteer opportunities, and donation requests.

    Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our web forms, event sign-ups, or by texting a keyword to our number, you consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from The Alliance Party.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership, volunteering, or donating.

    Opt-Out & Help

    • To Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode or number from which you received the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
    • For Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@theallianceparty.com.

    Message & Data Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

    Privacy & Data Sharing

We take your privacy seriously. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
